Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque is a 48-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe and nurturing environment for patients with complex mental health issues. We offer intensive inpatient and outpatient therapies designed to help patients overcome their illnesses and regain control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for risk of danger to themselves or others upon admission and throughout their stay.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in acute psychiatric settings.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
