We are seeking an experienced Prior Authorization Coordinator Team Lead to join our team at Regal Medical Group. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the prior authorization process and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Train and mentor prior authorization staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with providers and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in prior authorization, claims, or related field.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and managed care required.
  • Expertise in prior authorization process and ability to lead and train staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly.
