Job Description

At Palmen Motors Kenosha Campus, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensing and Titling Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of vehicle and equipment licensing, titling, and registration for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process registrations and titles for vehicles in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including license renewals and title transfers.
  • Liaise with government agencies and licensing authorities to handle vehicle registrations, titling, and other requirements.
  • Accurately input and maintain data related to licensing and titling into internal systems and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to licensing delays, title discrepancies, or documentation errors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in licensing and titling is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
