Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and production schedules.
  • Implement and refine preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Analyze production and maintenance reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust maintenance strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop innovative methods and procedures aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Manage the procurement of necessary tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of company protocols.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.

  • Leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
