Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of machinery and equipment.
- Assess and prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and production schedules.
- Implement and refine preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Analyze production and maintenance reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust maintenance strategies accordingly.
- Conduct inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
- Develop innovative methods and procedures aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Manage the procurement of necessary tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of company protocols.
- Collaborate with management and production teams to address maintenance challenges and propose solutions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Proven track record in problem identification and resolution.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and results-oriented practices.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and site assessments.
