We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Lab Assistant to join our team at Auburn University, Montgomery. As a Working Warhawk I, you will provide exceptional support to users in our computer labs, ensuring a positive and productive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to users for printers, computers, and other equipment
  • Enforce official campus policies and provide proper lab sanitation and social distancing guidance to lab occupants
  • Sanitize lab areas and equipment as users leave throughout the shift
  • Ensure all equipment is treated with proper care and not removed without authorization
  • Log equipment damage and malfunctions with management
Requirements
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with maintaining computer hardware/software is desired
  • Able to work nights and/or weekends

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
