We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator and Assistant to join our team at Coastline Recovery Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, maintaining client databases, and following up with clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using computers and software applications. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $19.00 per hour plus overtime, with benefits including medical and dental insurance. Part-time positions are also available.

Responsibilities
  1. Making appointments and scheduling meetings
  2. Heavy phone usage, including customer service and follow-up calls
  3. Data entry and maintenance of client databases
  4. Maintaining files and documents
  5. Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Fluent in English (bilingualism is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications
