Job Description
The General Campus Services and IT Coordinator provides essential support to the General Campus Services and IT management teams, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the organization's facility. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with vendors, and coordination of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of facility-related documents, reports, and records.
- Serve as contact for facility-related inquiries from staff and vendors.
- Schedule and track maintenance activities and repairs; follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment; assist in ordering and replenishing as needed.
- Support safety audits and inspection; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas related to facilities and IT management.
- Enter and maintain data in a facility management software and database.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facilities management or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Salary and Benefits
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. COTA offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
