About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational and financial success of one of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing leasing and collections programs, ensuring resident satisfaction, maintaining the property's condition, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including office administration, maintenance, and vendor relations
  • Oversee physical inspections and ensure accurate records of vacant apartments
  • C coordinate with maintenance staff to facilitate timely reconditioning of apartments after move-out
  • Maintain accurate records of all management activities and generate reports as required
  • Conduct market surveys and provide trend report information
  • Collect rent on time and operate within approved budgets
  • Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as necessary
  • Assist in budget formulation and income projections
  • Supervise on-site staff and ensure their performance aligns with operational goals
  • Address resident requests and complaints efficiently and courteously

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory/management role; three years of residential property management experience desired
  • Luxury Apartment experience preferred
