Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn. As a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications and parenteral therapy in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Document patient assessments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse License-NYS.
  • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Maternal/Child experience preferred.
  • PALS required within 6 months.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $55.48 - $70.86 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
