Clinical Social Worker

MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to developing and executing treatment plans and preventive strategies for clients facing behavioral and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Monitor client progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Provide counseling to individuals and families navigating challenging situations, including illness and divorce, through both individual and group therapy.
  • Design and implement effective treatment strategies using diverse methods such as behavioral therapy and psychotherapeutic techniques.
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (MSW)
  • Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) Accredited
  • Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Licensure
  • 3 Plus Years of Experience Preferred
