The Horizon Group currently has a diverse portfolio of properties, which are self-managed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Assessment and Valuation: Conduct thorough assessments and valuations of new properties to determine their market value.
  • Exposé Creation and Marketing: Develop engaging exposés and list properties on reputable real estate portals to attract potential buyers.
  • Property Viewings and Sales: Organize and conduct property viewings with potential buyers, and facilitate the sales process, including attendance at notary appointments.
  • Tenant Selection and Property Management: Select suitable tenants for properties in our own portfolio and manage the day-to-day operations of our properties.
  • Contract Execution and Invoice Management: Monitor contract execution and control invoices related to property maintenance and renovations.
  • Renovation Coordination and External Services: Organize, monitor, and accept renovation measures, and commission external caretaker services as needed.
  • Lease Administration: Accept apartments at the end of a lease and hand over properties at the beginning of a new lease.
