LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Miller - FLEX

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's Miller facility. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Assess residents' physical and psychosocial needs and develop care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document resident interactions and outcomes.
- Work effectively with healthcare professionals and the public to provide excellent care.
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
