LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Miller - FT - Straight Nights

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's Miller facility. As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans
- Develop a self-care program for residents
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility
