Job Title: Inventory & Rental Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Rental Coordinator to join our team at Dobbs Equipment. This role is responsible for overseeing the inventory and rental operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including ordering and receiving equipment.
  • Process equipment transfers between Dobbs Equipment and other dealerships.
  • Verify equipment configuration and pricing.
  • Reconcile inventory ledgers and ensure accuracy of inventory information.
  • Process monthly additions to the rental fleet and coordinate equipment transport as needed.
  • Provide support to the sales department and file order conversions with manufacturers.
  • Reconcile warranty reports and register necessary extensions.
  • Collaborate with the specifications committee to determine and maintain stock configurations for the region.

Requirements:

  • Administrative support experience.
  • Inventory, rental, or sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, using hands to handle equipment, reaching, and talking or hearing. The employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
