ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Public Area Attendant, your primary focus will be to ensure that guests can find a clean and welcoming environment promptly. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various areas, including but not limited to restrooms, dining tables, seating areas, patios, entryways, hallways, and office spaces.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE
  • Welcoming and assisting guests with exceptional service
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of the venue layout, including vendor information and parking
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs after each guest's departure, returning any used items to the respective vendor
  • Keeping the venue's interior, outdoor areas, and back-of-house spaces organized and free of litter
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to sanitation standards and regulations
  • Conducting routine restroom inspections and cleaning every 30 minutes
  • Reporting to scheduled shifts in a timely manner, dressed in the required uniform
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere and contributing to a memorable experience for our guests


QUALIFICATIONS

YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU POSSESS
  • A high school diploma
  • At least one year of experience in cleaning within a hospitality or event space
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
