Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth event setup and execution
  • Perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment safely
  • Assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or large building operations
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
  • Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
