Cabling Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job Summary:
At IES Communications, we're seeking an accomplished Cabling Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading the development of structured cabling infrastructure for our clients, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and identify top talent.
- Deliver technical assessments for internal candidates, new hires, and temporary employees to evaluate their skill levels.
- Preserve confidential information, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Source and identify suitable candidates for current job openings within the organization.
- Provide counsel on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment to candidates.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and college visits, to promote the company culture and mission.
- Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems and recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase to onboarding.

- Must be self-motivated, positive, professional, and contribute to process improvement.
- Promote the company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with project personnel.
- Extended periods of sitting, computer use, talking, and possibly standing.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality.
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
- Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and build relationships.
- Practices continual process improvement and sourcing best practices to enhance service.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and organize multiple activities to meet hiring managers' demands.
- Ensure that customers (hiring managers) know their needs are recognized and services are being provided as quickly as possible.
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Ability to travel locally to Talent Acquisition opportunities.
- Must have at least six (6) years of structured cabling/low-voltage field experience. Prefer Lead level or higher.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
