Key Responsibilities:
Continuously enhance product quality and operational processes while engaging in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Ensure timely delivery to clients by maintaining high productivity levels and adhering to departmental timelines.
Propose strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries, comprehending requirements, and fostering effective customer relationships.
Execute tasks related to battery assembly, silkscreen printing, final assembly, and wiring.
Insert components into circuit boards and prepare parts for soldering operations.
Conduct edge painting on lenses for pushbuttons and assemble these components.
Assemble and test switches in integrated systems.
Qualifications:
Must successfully complete a pre-employment vision assessment.
Requires a minimum of six (6) months of prior experience in electronic assembly or completion of relevant training programs in electronic assembly.
Must pass drug screening and background checks.
