Aerospace Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team at Trigo ADR Americas. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with AS9102 (FAI) standards.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, standard drawings, and GD&T.
- 5-8 years of experience with ISO 9100 and AS9100 quality management systems.
- Knowledge of FAA, EAR, and ITAR standards and regulations.
- Experience leading customer audits and providing training to production staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with quality engineering tools and systems, such as DOE, FMEA, SPC, RCCA, APQP, PPAP, and controls plans.
- Experience with data analysis and root cause analysis.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python.
