We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This role will focus on our Core Lab Specialty Products organization, fostering a purpose-driven culture and improving communications within teams that support our Hematology, Urinalysis, and Automation business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic internal communication plans for our Hematology, Urinalysis, and Automation Business Units.
- Deliver timely communication to inform and engage associates at our Miami and Munich sites.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and experts to craft high-impact communications.
- Create impactful town hall content to enhance our strategic initiatives and earn associate engagement.
- Identify innovative solutions to complex communication challenges.
- Influence others and communicate challenging concepts effectively.
- Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement that is centered around our core behaviors.
- A track record in communicating change for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- A strong creative capability to transform simple messages into communication that drives action.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically; with urgency and enthusiasm.
- A strong attention to detail, superior time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with coordinating and crafting in-person and virtual townhalls and/or coordinating kick-off events.
- Ability to help drive cultural change such as corporate social responsibility as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Experience of working with employee resource groups is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in a field with 9+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience developing communications programs that engage and motivate associates.
- Global project management expertise and a familiarity working with multiple lines of business and a diverse workforce.
- Expert writing, editing, and presentation skills.
