Job Title: Associate, Advisory Operations

At Choreo, we are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As an Associate, Advisory Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the operations team to manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Custodian Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with custodians, ensuring efficient processing of client transactions and effective communication.
  • Transaction Processing: Prepare and process client transactions, including trades, cost basis adjustments, and client on-boarding and maintenance paperwork.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our client relationship management system.
  • Project Support: Assist with multiple client and practice-related projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Four-year degree in a financial planning related field (business, tax, finance, or accounting) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Strong preference for candidates with 3 or more years of experience in a Wealth Management, Tax, or Financial Services related industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work efficiently and effectively, and strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency, flexibility, adaptability, and strong team orientation.
