About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to work with children with autism and their families. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Soar Autism Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and behavior analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for children with autism
- Develop and implement communication interventions, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to children and their families
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Communicate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- License to practice speech pathology
- Experience working with children with autism and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
