Job Summary:

Res-Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing functional rehabilitation to individuals with complex neurological injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety.
  • Provide referral and education resources to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform assessments and develop treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
