Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will utilize advanced imaging technology and collaborate with medical professionals in various settings, including surgical and trauma environments. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Accurately labeling and documenting imaging procedures.
  • Addressing quality assurance issues promptly.
  • Ensuring timely release of images to radiologists.
  • Validating and entering orders correctly.
  • Assisting with patient transport as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
  • Certification from the Texas Department of Health (CMRT).
  • Relevant experience as determined by management.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a hospital setting.
