Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Radiologic Technologist, your primary duties will include:
- Producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Accurately documenting and labeling imaging records.
- Addressing quality assurance issues promptly.
- Ensuring timely image availability for radiologists.
- Validating and entering orders correctly.
- Transporting patients as required.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent training.
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
- Certification from the Texas Department of Health (CMRT).
- Relevant experience as determined by the Medical Imaging Manager.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred experience in a hospital setting.
