Position Overview:
The Concierge role is designed to deliver exceptional customer service while embodying a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. A comprehensive understanding of local businesses, entertainment options, and travel logistics is essential. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or the travel sector is highly desirable.This position is a Temp to Perm opportunity, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, free from night and weekend shifts.
Hourly compensation for this role ranges from $24 to $26.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier customer service consistently in a dynamic, structured environment.
Effectively prioritize requests and manage daily tasks.
Provide unwavering support to members.
Maintain a friendly and professional appearance at all times.
Foster meaningful relationships through engaging conversations with members via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Address employee and guest inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, without exception.
Possess extensive knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and specialized services available in the area.
Collaborate with team members and management on innovative ideas and initiatives.
Facilitate local errands such as meal pickups, personal shopping, and other tasks.
Coordinate and schedule services with both local and national partners and vendors.
Research and secure reservations for entertainment, tickets, dining, and travel.
Recommend household service professionals and pet care providers.
Assist in gift and flower purchases.
Conduct product comparisons and research information.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end office administration, luxury hospitality, luxury retail, travel industry, or luxury residential concierge services is preferred.
Reliable transportation is necessary.
Personal vehicle for business purposes is preferred but not mandatory.
