Responsibilities:- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
- Maintain project profitability and develop relationships with key clients.
- Seek out additional project work with existing and new clients.
- Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Colliers Engineering & Design.
- Help plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Licensed PE or ability to become licensed in 12 months.
- 10-15+ years' experience designing or managing projects.
- Strong communication and business development skills.
- Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients.
- This position requires some overnight travel.
