Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and implementation of substance use disorder treatment programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research findings to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- Delaware clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LCDP, or equivalent).
- Certification in chemical dependency (CADC, CAADC, or CCDP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a substance use disorder treatment program, with administrative and direct responsibility for oversight.
- Preference for experience working in a Therapeutic Community (TC) environment.
- Satisfactory background investigation report.
