We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Dermatology Associates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments according to provider schedules
- Manage patient records, including demographic data and medical history
- Process referrals and reschedule patients as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and in-person
- Run insurance verifications and collect payment information
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work Saturday rotation (7am to 12pm)
- Familiarity with healthcare software and technology
