**About the Role:**

This position requires a highly skilled individual with 10+ years of related construction inspection/observation experience. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for observing and verifying that contractors are building roadway, related structures, or project improvements in accordance with plans, specifications, and construction standards. Your expertise will also involve inspecting materials to ensure compliance with specifications and plans, advising your manager or Resident Engineer of contractor activities, and reporting any concerns.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Understand and interpret local, state, and/or federal standard specifications and procedures.
  • Answer questions from the contractor, public, or other project field personnel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related construction inspection/observation experience.
  • Familiarity with documentation requirements and inspection procedures.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and technical skills.
  • The ability to work hours outside of normal business hours and may include weekends.
  • OSHA-10 Hour Safety Training.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite of products.

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
