We are seeking a talented and organized Medical Office Administrator to fill the role of Patient Scheduler at Dermatology Associates. As the first point of contact for patients, this position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing referrals, rescheduling patients as needed, and reviewing and responding to patient emails and voicemails.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work Saturday rotation (7am to 12pm)

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer paid training, employee discounted services, and other benefits.
