We are in search of a proficient Generative AI Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, execution, and collaborative development of state-of-the-art generative AI applications.
The perfect candidate will possess both practical experience and architectural insight, capable of assessing and directing various AI solutions while closely collaborating with client teams.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and develop scalable, enterprise-level AI solutions utilizing LLMs and other machine learning models, specifically addressing healthcare challenges.
- Guarantee that AI systems emphasize privacy, security, fairness, and comply with responsible AI guidelines.
- Design and implement AI outputs in diverse formats (JSON, arrays, HTML) for smooth integration into dashboards.
- Create extensible API integrations and low-code UI/UX solutions with rapid development cycles.
- Develop and refine AI pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Utilize frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and open-source platforms such as Hugging Face.
- Collaborate with Product Development as a Generative AI subject matter expert.
- Produce clear documentation and convey complex AI concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Establish best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of full-stack engineering experience with languages such as C#, Python, and a strong capability in architectural design.
- Experience in deploying enterprise AI systems in production environments, including computer vision and NLP.
- Deep understanding of natural language generation, generative AI, transformers, LLMs, and text embeddings.
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership position, guiding project teams and establishing technical direction.
- Expertise in machine learning libraries and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama Index).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone.
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
