About the Role

In this role, you will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions to enhance our retail and restaurant experiences. You will define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria for AI initiatives, develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to drive business insights and improve customer experiences, and deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively, design and implement AI solutions to improve customer experience, including personalized recommendations, virtual assistants, and intelligent search functionalities, and develop and deploy AI models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

You will work closely with the data science team to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use machine learning to inform business strategies, continuously evaluate and incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and systems.

You will conduct A/B tests and deploy machine learning models at scale, ensuring they operate reliably in production environments, document AI processes and models, and provide training and support to team members on leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, or machine learning, and 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.

You should have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn, and strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

A passion for AI, a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field, experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning, and knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are desirable skills.

Work Schedule

The resource must be onsite 4 days a week, and WFH is allowed 1 day a week, which can be a Friday or Monday twice a month, and the other weeks it must be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
