About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions to enhance our retail and restaurant experiences. You will define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria for AI initiatives, develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to drive business insights and improve customer experiences, and deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI solutions to improve customer experience, including personalized recommendations, virtual assistants, and intelligent search functionalities.
  • Develop and deploy AI models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with the data science team to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and use machine learning to inform business strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, or machine learning.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.

Work Schedule
  • Onsite Requirement: The resource must be onsite 4 days a week.
