About LifeStance Health

We are a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at our clinics nationwide and through our digital health telemedicine offering.

Our Mission

We believe in a truly healthy society where mental and physical healthcare are unified to make lives better. Our mission is to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. Everywhere. Every day.

Our Values

We cultivate a space where everyone can show up as their authentic self. We seek out diverse perspectives and listen to learn without judgment. We are all accountable for doing the right thing - even when it's hard - because we know it's worth it. We realize our full potential when we work together towards our shared purpose.

Why Work with Us?

We offer a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of mental health professionals who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Our benefits package includes flexible work schedules, compensation range $115,000-$125,000, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings, full benefits package, and a collegial work environment.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking licensed and credentialed Psychologists who are experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. You should be comfortable with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions. Some psychological testing is required, but most testing will be referred to Psychometrists.
