Client Relations Supervisor Responsibilities:
Understanding and familiarizing oneself with the company's insurance offerings.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the various carriers we represent and their customer service elements.
Educating the team on product knowledge.
Exhibiting a high level of proficiency in using our technology systems.
Demonstrating the ability to analyze relevant data to drive improved outcomes within the customer service division.
Providing daily coaching, training, and development both individually and in group settings.
Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Proactively and professionally addressing escalated customer issues.
Recommending suitable products.
Directing clients to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.

Client Relations Supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Insurance designations are advantageous.
2+ years in a leadership role.
5+ years of experience as a customer service representative.
Texas Insurance License.
5+ years within an independent insurance agency.
Proficient in coaching and holding team members accountable to individual objectives.
Thorough knowledge of insurance products and policies.
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems, agency management software, and other technologies that drive results.
High-level typing skills.
Advanced understanding of telephone and call forwarding systems.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Ability to explain complex policy concepts in a straightforward manner.
