Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail & Basket Maker who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to guests and confidently suggesting meal and gift items.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising, daily basket making, and stocking shelves.
  • Assist with front-of-house restaurant operations, including personal shopping assistance, inventory management, and cleaning.
  • Support the execution of holiday baskets and merchandise, including organizing and leading a team to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience.
  • Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
  • Flexible schedule standards, with shifts varying from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
