Retail & Basket Craftsman

We're a dynamic bakery and cafe looking for a talented Retail & Basket Maker to join our team. As a Retail & Basket Maker, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, creating beautiful baskets and providing exceptional customer service.

• Design and create visually appealing baskets for our customers
• Provide excellent customer service, actively listening to guests and suggesting meal and gift items
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer demands, learning from mistakes and seeking opportunities to help other departments
• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and personal shopping assistance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards

• 1+ years of customer service/retail experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
