Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are providing high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Client Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Transportation: Transport residents to appointments, community events, and other activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and program activities.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents as certified.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Certifications: MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certified preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
