Adventure Hub Retail Concierge

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Concierge at the Adventure Hub located in the lobby of the Grand Naniloa Resort in Hilo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain and sell retail merchandise and adventure tours in the retail store
  • Take phone reservations in the reservations department
  • Sell on-site water activities like kayak and SUP rentals
  • Interface with hotel guests at the concierge desk
  • Coordinate tour check-in and dispatch at the tour desk
  • Coordinate with our subsidiaries, preferred sales affiliates, and guests
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and void-based applications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to negotiate stairs and lift 25 pounds
  • Enjoy the outdoors and be knowledgeable about outdoor activities and familiar with name-brand outdoor and adventure equipment
