Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales by providing exceptional customer service and scheduling appointments
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, answering phone calls, and addressing member concerns
  • Drive member retention by following daily operation guides, providing great customer service, and consistent follow-ups
  • Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive relationships with members and team members
