We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team at Veterinary Specialty Hospital North County. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support our Specialty departments in various duties, including managing clients and pets, partnering with DVMs, and obtaining laboratory samples.
- Utilize different modalities of imaging for patient assessment and execute, monitor, and recover sedation and anesthetic events.
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding patient status and any concerns to the veterinary team.
We offer two shifts:
- Monday - Wednesday, 7am – 7:30pm
- Thursday - Saturday, 7am – 7:30pm
Credentialed Technician (RVT) or equivalent experience range: $24—$34/hr.

About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with:
- Active license in the state of CA, RVT
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the veterinary field with anesthesia experience a must
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude
- Accuracy in calculating and delivering anesthetic agents, fluids, and CRIs
- Proficiency in record keeping related to medical procedures
