About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative motion design that elevates our brand marketing and transforms our products into engaging animations and videos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create storyboards, animations, and motion graphics for brand marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas
  • Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and copywriters to create stories through motion
  • Work with designers to enhance and evolve our brand system through motion
  • Explore new techniques and tools to create compelling motion graphics
  • Optimize motion graphics for different platforms and formats, including social media, digital advertising, video production, and more
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills and creativity
  • Passion for telling stories through motion, including storyboarding, editing footage, and motion graphics/animation
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Experience in 3D animation a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to collaborate with creative counterparts of all disciplines to bring a vision to life, and a willingness to both take direction and offer constructive feedback
  • Demonstrable expertise in typography and understanding of brand design principles
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable presenting and framing creative ideas and directions, with strong written and oral English skills
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Solid understanding of motion design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
