**Role Overview**

The Fast Track Manager role at Crew Carwash is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to manage a successful business. You will gain insights into maximizing profitability and leading a team, all while enjoying a dynamic work environment. If you have prior experience, we will build upon your existing knowledge with tailored training to facilitate your career progression.



**Program Expectations**

We seek enthusiastic individuals who are focused on achieving their career goals:

  • You will be assigned to a car wash location where your training will commence.
  • Learn essential business skills from experienced mentors.
  • Nearly half of our management team began in this program.

Throughout your first year, you will engage in various aspects of our operations. Your performance will be assessed to gauge your proficiency, leading to potential promotions and salary increases. Typically, you can expect to advance to an Assistant Manager role within 12 months, depending on your initiative and capabilities.

**Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates who meet one of the following criteria:

  • Completion of an Associate's Degree or nearing completion of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous management experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Fast Food sectors, with a High School Diploma or equivalent
