Job Overview

DDCues LLC is seeking a highly skilled Armed Security Specialist to join our team in Pueblo, Colorado. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional presence inside the store, acting as a crime deterrent, and adhering to DDCues Post Orders and General Instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high situational awareness and remain indoors at all times
  • Use command presence and verbal instruction to deter theft and address patrons
  • Report incidents immediately to the client and DDCues Corporate Office
  • Adhere to all certifications with the City of Pueblo and maintain certification card(s) or Active Law Enforcement Officer Credentials on your person while on duty
  • Be professionally dressed in a tactical uniform that includes an easily recognizable Security shirt, jacket, and/or hat

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Law Enforcement experience
  • Pueblo Armed Security Guard License required or active Law Enforcement credentials
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with report writing
