Key Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Prepare stations for service before and after shifts, completing assigned side work to focus fully on guest care.
  • Engage effectively with customers, assisting them in their food and beverage choices.
  • Oversee tables and the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain a professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar by accurately recording guests' selections and accommodating special dietary needs and requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and enthusiasm for our offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and management to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Good judgment and adaptability.
  • Must possess all necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by the location.

Department: Front of House Operations

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing for effective communication with guests.
  • Ability to work in noisy environments.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying required.
  • Ability to work in both warm and cool settings, indoors and outdoors.
  • Tolerance for potential allergens such as peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the restaurant.
  • Fast-paced, hands-on role.
  • Dining areas are both indoor and outdoor, with low lighting maintained.
