Position Overview:
This role is essential for driving the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, respond to inquiries about our products, and offer appropriate suggestions. Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, staying updated on product knowledge, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers both in-store and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
  • Aim to meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Keep accurate records of work orders and formulations
  • Select appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products as necessary to fulfill customer requests
  • Organize shelves and create appealing product displays
  • Maintain and service store equipment
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Support delivery operations when needed
  • Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of available products and discuss options with customers
  • Follow inventory management procedures
  • Provide feedback on sales improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship
  • Able to lift materials frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without accommodation
  • Available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
  • Experience in selling paint and related products
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
