Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Drive sales growth by promoting Sherwin-Williams products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
