About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at our processing facility in Winchester, VA. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on time as directed by maintenance planners
  • Participate in the installation, startup, and debugging of equipment
  • Operate and maintain electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and motor control centers
  • Install and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical equipment
  • Support plant projects and participate in the installation of new equipment
  • Successfully complete all required periodic plant and job-specific training
  • Participate as an active member in the PSM Team
  • Adhere to all site rules, ways of working, and processes and procedures within the role
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Perform all sanitation duties
  • Team participation is required
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to contribute to improvements and ideas
  • Ability to perform accurate work and have attention to detail
