Panera Bread Associate: Salad and Sandwich Expert

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salad and Sandwich Expert to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our cafe team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality menu items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
